Quick Application Worksheet!

The process of applying for a loan can be complex. I try to make the process as pain free as possible. Rather than ask you to fill out a cumbersome application. I prefer to request a few basic questions and then follow up with a phone call or in person interview.

The Pre-Approval Process is simple, I need to pull your credit history, (I'll need your permission to request a credit report from the Credit Agencies.

Then I'd like to call or meet and ask you specific questions the investor will need / use to determine your approval requirements.
