The current market has negatively affected refinancing your home. Home Equity & Second lines of credit; once easy to access, are now rarely available. Our system of home ownership is based on the fair market value of a home. Our home values have all dropped 5, 10, 20 percent or more; and many lenders refuse to take on the risks.
